Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist accountants to sort, review and archive original vouchers (invoices, receipts, etc.) to ensure that the vouchers are compliant and the procedures are complete;
2. Assist in entering accounting vouchers, registering detailed ledgers (such as expense ledgers, receivables and payables), and checking the accuracy of data.
3. Assist in handling cash and bank deposit receipts and expenditures, such as printing bank receipts and sorting out cash reimbursement documents.
4. Assist in the preparation of simple financial statements (such as expense schedules, daily capital statements), and check the data collusion relationship;
5. Assist in sorting out VAT invoices and input tax deduction materials, and check invoice information (such as tax number, amount, and commodity details);
6. Learn the financial system and process, find the compliance problems in the original documents in time (such as the wrong invoice title, the lack of approval process) and give feedback;
7. Responsible for the binding, filing and electronic management of financial documents (such as contracts, reports, and declaration forms) to ensure that documents can be traced;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management, accounting, auditing, finance and other related majors is preferred;
2. Proficient in the use of Excel (function formulas, pivot tables, chart making), master the basic functions of Word and PPT;
3. Work rigorously and meticulously, pay attention to data accuracy, and be able to patiently deal with repetitive affairs (such as voucher verification and invoice pasting);
