1、 Exhibition Introduction

The Hong Kong Spring and Autumn Electronic Products Exhibition, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, is the most popular and authoritative consumer electronics exhibition in Asia. The 2024 Hong Kong Autumn Electronics Show, with the theme of "World class Electronic Industry Event, Inspiring Unlimited Business Opportunities", gathered nearly 2800 exhibitors from 19 countries and regions for a four-day exhibition, attracting over 60000 industry buyers from 136 countries and regions to visit and purchase in person.

Our company's exclusive agent for 24 years, Grand Hall, has attracted a lot of attention throughout the exhibition. The hall covers an area of nearly 2500 square meters and can accommodate more than 200 companies to participate. In 2025, the Great Hall Hall will open a new chapter. In addition to continuing the original audio-visual product display, our company will organize outstanding enterprises in mainland China to create a special exhibition area for big health products, focusing on core areas of the big health industry such as silver hair health, sports health, gender health, sleep health, etc,

With the theme of "Boundless Health, Enjoying Technological Life", we will work together with the organizers to build the Great Hall into a one-stop hub for industry exchange and procurement docking.

The Hong Kong Autumn Electronic Exhibition in 2025 will continue to be held in an 'exhibition+' mode, that is, a 'physical'+'online' mode.

2、Scope of exhibits

Exhibition Area of the Great Hall: (1) Audiovisual Products and Accessories: Home Audio, Stage/Radio Audio, Car Audio, Outdoor Speakers, Bluetooth Speakers, Earphones, TV Stands, Ergonomic Supporting Products, Audio Video Cables, Car Cables, Communication Cables, Power Outlets and other accessory products; (2) Featured new exhibition area: core areas of the big health industry such as silver hair health, sports health, gender health, sleep health, etc.

3、Exhibition procedures (please read carefully!

Welcome to the 2025 Hong Kong Autumn Electronics Show organized by our company. To ensure your smooth participation, we would like to provide the following tips on the relevant procedures for exhibiting:

1. Units applying for exhibition must carefully fill out the "Outbound Exhibition Application Form" (see attachment) item by item, sign and stamp it with the legal representative of the unit, and return it to our company before the registration deadline (see "Contact Information" for relevant information). Please also log in to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council website (www.hktdc. com) to register your ID code and provide feedback to our company. The registration information on the Trade Development website serves as an important basis for the exhibition catalogue and booth signage. Please fill in the information accurately.

2. After registration, exhibitors will transfer the service fee and booth reservation fee of 20000 yuan/9 square meters to our bank account (see "Bank Account Information" for details). In accordance with the participation norms of international exhibitions and based on the principles of voluntary participation and risk sharing, service fees will not be refunded to units that have registered and returned to the exhibition. Units that withdraw from the registration deadline will not have their booth and related fees refunded.

After receiving the above form and booth deposit, our company will confirm the booth with all participating units and arrange relevant matters. The allocation of booths will consider the order of registration and payment. Our company reserves the right to allocate booths.

4. Exhibitors must cooperate with our company's exhibition organization work and complete various procedures within the specified time (such as paying exhibition fees, applying for passports and visas, arranging exhibit transportation, confirming itinerary arrangements, etc.). If the exhibitor fails to complete the procedures within the specified time, resulting in the inability to proceed with the exhibition work smoothly, the exhibitor shall bear full responsibility and have nothing to do with our company.

5. If an exhibitor is unable to participate due to failure to complete the necessary procedures within the specified time or other personal reasons, the exhibitor must also bear any other expenses incurred. Our company reserves the right to handle its booth.

6. Exhibitors shall consciously abide by the laws, regulations, and customs of the countries and regions they pass through and where the exhibition is located. Respect the intellectual property rights of others, ensure not to exhibit infringing or potentially infringing products and technologies at exhibitions, and strengthen the protection of one's own intellectual property rights. The consequences arising from the violation of laws and regulations of the country or region where the exhibition is located by the exhibiting unit (including suspected infringement, carrying or displaying prohibited items) shall be borne by the exhibiting unit. Our company does not assume any responsibility.

7. If the exhibition plan cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure factors, the other party shall be notified in a timely manner. After confirmation, our company should refund the remaining payments already paid by the participating units, except for the expenses incurred, or handle them according to the organizer's regulations (subject to written notice from the organizer).

4、Registration deadline

Please complete the online registration application before March 28, 2025, and submit it to our company along with your business license and product catalog. Enterprises that submit applications after the deadline can only enter the waiting list.
